Word of the Week

WORDS

What words do we use to describe words?

We can get information biblically from things such as “In the beginning was the word…”

We could get more examples of the use of the word for co-creating with God from “Tongue a Creative Force.”  We can also learn about The Power of a Woman’s Words

Words to curse and words to love.   Be careful what we say as words become our program, our operating system  Remember that “Children are Wet Cement”.

What language of Love do you speak?  There are five but only one requires words.

Words spoken by the tongue, that uncontrollable beast that can get us into so much trouble.  Words are like arrows, once loosed they find their mark and cannot be taken back.

Words to the wise, and words of wisdom, words of joy and words of anger.

You can dig the word, think the word is hip, groovy, funky, fresh and keen.  Cool, banging or just plane dope.  Whether bird is the word, or it stands by itself.  Word?  Words have great power.

Power to heal, By his stripes we are healed, or the power to condemn, you stupid loser!

Words can lift up, you are a great reader, or they can tear apart.  Take the paper and rip it in two pieces.

Words can describe, declare, dictate, and determine.

Words can persuade, encourage, detract or impair.

Words can be soft and soothing, or harsh and clanking.

Words can rhyme in time to a line of music.

Or flow with a rhythm all their own.

In Many forms of haiku verse

prose

stansa

The words flow.

Like a dreamy sliding current they float.

Do we discuss the spoken word or the written word?  Do we establish a definition of the subject we are going to use to discuss word.

Guess we should begin with the Definition.

-word

WHOA!  That is a Lot of information about the four letter word!

How in the 21st century do we encourage our young to delve this deep into the meaning of the simple things we take for granted.  Think about the thousands of years of growth we as a species have accomplished.

What about the power behind the choice of words?  Great communicators learn to pick descriptions that get the best effect.  Utilize words that make clear the meaning they are trying to convey.  Then there are the rest of us!

What about the words we speak about ourselves?  About others?  That bratty kid of mine, that lazy husband of mine, that worthless woman, those idiots in Washington!

Compare that sentence to this one, That princess of mine, that hard working husband of mine, that wonderful woman at home, and the competent leaders in Washington.

Over time, if repeated often enough a lie becomes the truth.  Your husband probably isn’t lazy, your kid probably isn’t bratty, your woman is a creation equal to you and is priceless not worthless.  No comment on the people currently in Washington.  Somewhere, not on TV is a competent man or woman of integrity trying to fight the word battle!

War of words?  Arguing.  Distrust.  Fight, hurt, pain, suffering, poverty, crime, violence, war.  That’s the basic process of all War.  Starts with a miscommunication of words, ideas, thoughts, beliefs, disconnected.  Escalates, we assume the worst of the other person, quickly we get mad, fists fly, then bombs.  The result of fights, wether on a global scale or those that go unresolved in your family.  People get hurt, it leads to poverty, single family homes, struggling, poverty leads to want, disbelief they can ever get it without stealing it, not knowing the value of work, and the power of words, a person turns to crime.  Crime breads more violence, control of crime, protection of business, leads to wars.  Until parties can come together and find common words, common beliefs and ideas.  We will never meet our greatest potential as a species.  The great team that God wants us to be!

I hope you take your words very seriously.  You build a barrier around your tongue to prevent destructive and harmful words from flowing out of you.  Your words have power!  They determine where you end up and what paths you go down, to the point that your words can change the world!

Join me, say words like world peace, end to poverty, ending wars, feeding, clothing sheltering the entire planet, justice reigns, clean water, and finally, how can I act to make these a reality today?

Imagination is more important than fact!

We are rapidly approaching the 2012 date so discussed and worried about over the last few years.  We will take a quick trip around reviewing fear in our life and what it can do.  After writing about that I’d like to write about the Holiday season, and what reason people are celebrating if it is not for the birth of Christ?

To begin; I spent time preparing, worrying, thinking about, pondering, pontificating, concerned over, searching for answers, and just all around fearful about the upcoming 12/12/2012.  End of the Mayan long count calendar, Hopi, Chinese and supposed other end of times predictions.  Cataclysmic planetary pole shifts, astrological wonders that would shake and remake the world.  Shifts in our consciousness, jumps in evolution, a rainbow bridge into a more peaceful future.Image

There are, were a lot of things to consider about this latest and upcoming scare fest.  Much of the conclusions that personally we in our family came to is that really there is nothing to be afraid of.  Change, though scary, is inevitable and in this faster moving society is absolutely essential.  In fact the future belongs to those who can quickly adapt.  It was this reality that prompted my decision to be a supertramp.  An ecological entity able to quickly and easily adapt to numerous and various surroundings.  Born out of much of the ecological changes I saw, iike the proliferation of the kudzu vine, eating the woods of MO and AR.  The asian carp taking over the US waterways.  A bacteria that is suffocating and taking over the waterways of LA and TX.  All these super plants and super bugs, and super fish that just take over an ecosystem.  That adapt to many environments and do so easily.  Though we did not propagate the species with many children of our own, we can help transform others into Supertramps.  As a human supertramp you have the power to adapt by decision making and self evolution for lack of a better term.

Though emergency preparedness is important it should not become all consuming.  While it is a great idea, the bible actually teaches that in the real end of times, there is nothing you can do.  When he calls you, you just go, don’t get your coat, don’t go back to bury your dead.  You GO!  When the spirit moves you.

How about you?  Do you live in fear?  Consumed with what is going to happen?  Uncertain about your future?  This is where two things come into importance.  1. your faith and belief of what happens after you die.  My security lies in the fact that Jesus was born and crucified for our sins.  Allowing me, through his grace to enter heaven because he intercedes on my behalf.  2.  Personal worth.  Knowledge and security in my own personal worth, knowing that even in a crisis my thoughts, my mental toughness, my physical and emotional preparedness as well as my generalized knowledge and willingness to find solutions will be invaluable no matter the age or circumstance.  Skills that anybody can develop.

Let us imagine for a moment we are together.  Everything we have known about the world has changed.  It is Zombie Land.  Or post apocalyptic world gone mad.  What might that look like?  Who would be in it?  Where would you go?  How would you travel?  Thus begins the process of finding solutions for our current life.  Survival requires discipline.  Survival will require optimism and hope for the future.  Survival will require a solutions mindset.  Survival will require tenacity.  Guesswhat, those are the same skills required to be successful as an entrepreneur, as a leader, as a professional in any arena.

Looking back personally the fear was no good.  However; the preparation, the conditioning the solutions thinking, the personal growth and community building experience, all were invaluable.  We set out because what if there was a 2013.  The world looked much different for victims of Sandy.  It looks different for those struck by Tornado, flood, fire, famine, disease, or any other problem that attacks us in life.  Being willing and capable to adapt to that, because you have conditioned yourself to change is priceless.  It will be just another day of change.  You will process it, catalog it as a life event, learn from it, and continue toward your purpose and vision for your life.  Move on toward who you want to be.  Whether it is death and destruction you are worried about, or your competitor coming out with a game changing bit of technology, or someone in your field who can adapt faster beating you at a game you used to know the rules to by doing things that change the rules.

In celebration of the world not ending, Supertramp Coaching will be giving away 100 hours of imagination development.  Is Imagination therapy better?  If it is called therapy does one need to be a doctor?  Coaching, consulting, whatever you call it the process is the same.  Where have you been, where are younow, how do you feel about that, where do you want to go, when do you want to be there, how are you doing to do it, WHY are you doing it?

“Imagination is more important than fact.”  Albert Einstein.  Surviving the apocalypse, or just making it through a day in the 21st century.

What are you doing to develop your imagination?  Do you play games with your life?  How do you utilize your creative juices?

Six Pack Sales Abs

How to get Six Pack Sales Abs

Selling is not manipulation.  It is not the slick backed guy with the cheesy smile and quick hustle.  It is an honorable position.  And ALL OF US are in the business of Sales.  All of us are in the business of self.

You sell yourself every day, to every person you meet.  Every person you meet, you are selling yourself and the image you are wanting to portray is you.  Your clothes, your mannerisms, how you deal with people in daily interactions.  Whether trying to get a date for New Years to bring in 2013, or a new job, or funding for your ministry, you are selling a product.  That product is YOU!

Being effective in sales will help you in any endeavor you have.  Now with Six Pack Sales Abs you can enhance your relationships and develop the  skills that will help you become more effective in whatever message you are trying to sell.

Six things

Relationships, Communication, Attitude, Discipline, Commitment, Courage.

Relationships.  Sales is more than anything else about building relationships.  Do you want one night stands, or a diamond ring and commitment?  How do you do that?  You find a way to build trust.  How do you do that?  Think about the qualities of the people you have the closest and deepest relationships with.  Ask yourself, what is it about them that I like?  You can probably say you know, like, and trust them.  Why?  When did you determine you knew them?  How did you know you trust them?  More than likely you have spent carefree, stress free, transaction free time.  Sale is no difference.  Don’t meet people expecting a sale.  Meet them without a transaction mindset, but a relationship mindset.

Communication.  Communication is like an old radio station, prior to electronic dials.  You have to tune to another person just right.  You have to find a harmony in the ebb and flow of communication.  This requires 3 things.  Question, Listen, Verify.

Ask the other person, your prospective client, spouse, ministry sponsor, or child open ended questions.  This allows of them to share what they feel is relevant.  For example; instead of asking;  “would you like to improve your finances?”  Ask “How has your life been impacted by your finances?”  “Would you like to improve sales?” to “When was the last time you exceeded your sales quota?”  Open ended questions are Who What When Where How Why.  Stick to these questions to Survey Problems and Interpret Needs.

Listening isn’t just with your ears either.  It is not what you do when you are looking at a cell phone screen or computer monitor and nodding your head while doing five other things.  It is a process that requires your whole body being present and accounted for.  How do you position yourself when talking?  Where do you place your hands?  What are your eyes doing?  When did you notice their body position?  How are they sitting in relation to how your feeling?  Leaning forward, looking into one another’s eyes.  Not slouching back in your chair with your arms over the chair in a bored expression.

Verify;  So what you are saying is I should ask a question and actively listen to the response the other party has given, and then confirm that I heard what was said?  Yes, that is correct.  That’s your verify example enjoy it 😉

Once all these things have taken place, you have reached the point of communication

Attitude.  Have a positive and enthusiastic one.  Listen to music, talks, self promotional commercials and anything else it takes to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward whatever it is you are undertaking.  One of the most overlooked statements in the world is one that encourages people to change their thinking.  Anyone who says mental attitude, belief, optimism, aren’t important isn’t accomplishing everything they are capable of.  If you aren’t moving mountains, then you are lacking in faith.  Hard as that is to hear, both science and religion have proven that with faith anything is possible.

Discipline  You can’t get six pack abs, or sick pack sales abs without it.  Six pack abs take discipline.  You can’t eat twinkies but you can outstretch your pants with food.  Waste lines are built in the kitchen.  While what goes into you isn’t near as important as what comes out of you, it can impact your physical body.  Situps, crunches and intentional eating habits gets you six pack abs.  Seeing clients netWORKING, 15 plans a month!  Playing the numbers, seeing the people, getting face time, working the crowd, pressing the flesh, putting in your dues.  All of this is necessary to see results.  Discipline to get out and say hi to new people.

Commitment.  Mean what you say, and say what you mean.  If you can’t trust yourself, you can’t build relationships that are built on trust.  If you set your alarm for 6:00 and don’t get up at 6:00 then how can other people expect to trust you?  You know you can’t trust yourself to even get up when you say you will.  When you say something mean it, and do what you said you would do.  Whether it is making 10 cold calls a day, or attending every networking event in a year, do what you know you need to do and have determined is going to get you the results you want.

Courage  Take the step and don’t be afraid of NO.  Getting out there and working toward a six pack sales ab is scary.  No-one likes hearing NO.  Just remember that most professional sports stars miss a lot more than they hit.  Whether it is in batting, or scoring touchdowns, or getting a yes to a date, you are going to miss more than you hit.  When you hit celebrate.  Going out there and facing the no’s takes courage.  So be courageous and do the right things.  With a positive enthusiastic attitude, discipline, commitment, you can communicate and build relationships that last a lifetime.

Today Matters; Success stories for kids

English: Kindergarten (NZ) a famous and successful Thoroughbred racehorse. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Fred the horse wanted to be a great racehorse.  He dreamed of being the Grand Champion of horse racing.  One day he decided to talk to all the farm animals and find out how he could be a racehorse.

Mitsy the cat told Fred; “You’re to young to be a racehorse, your just a pony.” and went back to chasing mice.

“We aren’t a race farm.”  Laughed Juan the donkey.  “How would you ever get to race?  You’ll be a plow horse forever.”  and he went back to driving the mill press.

This went on all day.  Betsy the cow told him it took hard work and a lot of luck and that Fred wasn’t lucky.  Roger the rooster fell off his perch laughing; telling Fred he would never make it.

Fred was sad, noone could tell him how to become a champion racehorse.  Finally he decided to go see “Mad Max” the grumpy old horse who had been put out to pasture.

“That’s a fine idea!” Said Max.  “Betsy is right about one thing, it will take a lot of hard work.  So you’d better have a plan.”

“What do you mean by a plan?” Asked Fred

“When opportunity comes it is too late to prepare, so every day you will need to have a plan of how your going to exercise.  You do realize that great racehorses exercise daily?  asked Max.

“Every day?” Fred asked surprised

“Every day.” said Max.  “And today matters, are you ready to start?

“You mean now!”  Fred said surprised

“Successful racehorses make right decisions early and manage those decisions daily.  Today is the only time you have.  It is too late for yesterday and you can’t depend on tomorrow.  That’s why today matters.  So show me your stuff.  run as fas as you can around the pasture and show me what a Grand Champion looks like.”  Max said.

Fred put his head down and got ready to give it his all.  Surprised that “Mad Max” was so supportive; he determined he was going to show him what he was made of.  Rearing up in the air and whinnying loudly Fred took off to run around the pasture.

Everything was going great, Fred felt like he was running as fast as lightning, he was ready to move into the first turn and…disaster.  He slipped in some mud and went crashing into a briar patch.   OUCH!  Max came trotting over to check on him.  By this time many of the other farm animals were watching and Fred could hear them laughing as he tried to get up and out of the sticky painful briars.

“I’ll never be a racehorse!” Fred said pitifully, tears of pain and embarrassment welling up in his eyes.

“Do you think things will get better or worse?  Max asked kindly, ignoring the jeers of the other animals.

“How can it get worse?”  Fred asked still pouting.

“You could have broken a leg.” Said Max. “You ready to try again?” Max asked Fred.

“I guess, though I don’t see the point.”  Fred said glumly.

“The thoughts in your mind will always be more important than the things in  your life.”  Max said.  “Instead of worrying about the point, focus on having fun and what it will feel like winning the Grand Championship!” Max encouraged.

Off Fred ran again, this time he didn’t give it his all, and only galloped half hearted, ensuring he didn’t slip in the mud again.

“Is that the best you’ve got?” Max asked as Fred made it around the pasture.

“I thought it best to take it easy today.” Fred said.

“The only adequate preparation for tomorrow is the right use of today.  If you only give a half hearted effort in practice, how will you give it your all when it matters?  The secret to success is to be ready when your time comes.”  Max coached.

“What if I slip again?  Fred asked fearfully.

“What if you don’t?” Max asked assuredly.  “Run it like a champion and remember you only fail if you quit.”

Fred was determined to make it this time.  He didn’t want to disappoint Max, or himself , so off he ran.  This time he slowed just a little before the mud, picking up his speed after making it through the mud and reared up next to Max, feeling much better for giving it his best effort.

“Excellent!” Max shouted.  “Now do it again!”

Fred was tired, but excited so he took off again, racing around the pasture, this time going even faster, and barely slowed down in the mud.

“AGAIN!” Shouted Max

The two stayed out in the pasture almost all night until farmer Dean finally came out to bring them in.  Farmer Dean was amazed when he saw his new colt running around the pasture, and his old plow horse prancing and playing with him.  Finally he brought the two into the barn and gave them each a nice brush down, getting the mud and briars out of Freds coat and giving them each a half of an apple for being such good horses.

Farmer Dean told his wife and kids that he was going to have to put that new colt to work plowing soon, as it seemed he had to much energy.

That night many of the barn animals began teasing Fred about becoming a racehorse.  He didn’t care, because tonight he felt like a racehorse.  He was worn out, sore, and enthusiastic all at the same time.  He began thinking about how he would exercise, running in the pasture every day, playing and racing.  Even if he never made it to a race he was a champion racehorse in his mind.  That night he dreamed of winners circles, and large barrels of apples, and special oats, and fillies galore.

The next morning he woke up and anxiously awaited the farmer opening the barn so he could get started practicing.  However; Farmer Dean had different plans.

“We’re going to hook you up and get you working since you have so much energy.”  Farmer Dean said.

Fred wasn’t expecting the saddle, or bit, or the harness.  He wanted to get out and run, and fought the process for most of the morning.  Frustrating Farmer Dean.

Max finally came over and talked to Fred about his behavior.

“Listen Fred, I know you want to just go out and race, but Farmer Dean provides you with oats, brushes you down, and gives you a barn to sleep in.  Part of you is going to have to be a plow horse and earn your keep.  Remember to choose your attitude carefully.  Just reframe the situation and think of plowing as part of your exercise regimen.”

Fred knew Max was right, and reframing his attitude about the harness, saddle and bit made for an enjoyable day.

Throughout the day Max would shout encouragement to Fred, or send one of the other animals over to give him an encouraging word.  Things like

“It’s not ok to lose!”  “Winners play hurt”

“Don’t ever give up. Don’t ever give in.  Don’t ever stop trying. Don’t ever sell out.

And if you find yourself succumbing to one of the above for a brief moment,

pick yourself up, brush yourself off, whisper a prayer, and start where you left off.

But never, ever, ever give up.”

“You can do it, believe in yourself even when no-one else does.”

“Champions are made in the one more fight, can you get back up one more time.”

“Do it badly; do it slowly; do it fearfully; do it any way you have to, but do it.”

Fred was so thankful for the encouragement and motivation because he was not enjoying plowing at all!  It was hard, dirty work.  The harness pulled tight on him, and the bit hurt his mouth.  Every time he slowed, Farmer Dean would snap the harness’ and sting his back haunches.  He would just imagine himself getting stronger by pulling, and determine to work harder and plow as fast as he can, knowing that when the field was plowed, he would get to run!

Finally, as the sky began to turn dark Farmer Dean untied the harness.  Fred took off like a streak, racing to the pasture, and running laps until he was ready to collapse.  Farmer Dean couldn’t believe it.  He had worked that horse hard all day, and here he was running laps when it got done.  What was wrong with this horse?

That night Fred and Max worked out the game plan for the next day.  Max was more excited than anyone had seen him in months.  Though the barnyard still didn’t believe that Fred could be a racehorse they were proud of the young colts energy.

It was a long hard spring as Farmer Dean plowed and plowed and planted and planted, and every day after plowing Fred would race around the pasture.  Some mornings he would wake up early and stretch his muscles and visualize what becoming a racehorse would look like.  Knowing that each day mattered, and he would only be given each day to prepare for the chance to race.  Finally one day late in the spring he got his chance.

Farmer Dean decided he would take this high energy horse into town for the local spring fling.  Every spring they gathered and raced, and showed off their horses, traded goods, and sold their wares, and swapped stories about what they planted and what they thought they would get out of the years work.

When Fred first saw the horses racing he got excited.  Could today be his day?  Could he get a chance to race?

Farmer Dean tied him to the fence post next to the race track.  The thunder of hooves excited Fred, and also made him nervous.  Was he really good enough to compete with these horses?  They all seemed so fast.  He remembered some of the things that Max had taught him.  He began focusing on his ability to win.  Things like; “Diliberate practice separates the amateurs from the professionals” and felt confident that he had been deliberate in his practice every day.  He felt strong and fast.  He knew that not only had he practiced every day, but had worked on ways to improve thanks to Max.  Knowing that the more one does, the more he learns.  That only through pushing past a person’s comfort zone will a horse improve his level of skills.  So each night he and Max would go over ways that Fred could get faster, stronger, and more focused knowing that someday he would get his chance.

“Alright Fred, you ready to race?”  Farmer Dean asked, petting Freds neck.  Fred Couldn’t believe his ears.  He was going to get a chance to race!

As he and Farmer Dean pulled up to the starting line Fred was focused on the win.  Repeating his mantras of success.  “Success is pictured in the mind first” he heard Max saying in his mind.  “What is imagined quickly becomes reality.”  “Imagination rules the world.”  and most importantly “I CAN WIN”

Then BANG! the gun went off and Fred rushed out of the gate, giving it all he had.  Farmer Dean could barely believe how fast the horse was running.  Fred wasn’t as used to racing with Farmer Dean on his back, but he just ignored the difference as best as he could and raced!  Soon he was pulling away from all the other horses, and people all around the track began to pay attention to this young horse who was running so fast.  Fred was living his dream.

This would be the first of many races, eventually leading Fred to be a triple crown winner, and Farmer Dean to turning his farm into a world class racehorse training facility.    Silencing all the other barnyard animals who told Fred he couldn’t do it.  Max would be a long-time coach of the many young horses who came through, coming in out of the pasture to be an important part of the training farm.

Executing the plan

It is Friday!

Earlier in the week a goal was set to post a blog by Friday.  Thus far nothing overly whimsical or profound has entered the brain that made it seem necessary to share.

However; a goal is a goal.  The goal wasn’t to post the greatest blog ever, just to post something on Friday.

On the road to excellence, having a plan, executing that plan (do something), checking the results, and making adjustments are necessary to accomplishing great things and living excellently.

So the first question is do you have a plan?

If so did you do anything to execute it?

What lessons did you learn?  Did you get the results you want?

If so, then there is no adjustment, if not then it is time to adjust.

A review of my own personal mission to live excellently has went very good as I look back.  My scorecard is good, it seems that hump day (wednesday) is when I slip.  That seems to be when everyone else starts getting recharged, heading into the weekend.  Today someone posted a comment about a conversation they had that went.

“How was your day?  The fine gentleman asked

“Not bad for a Friday?”  Said the frumpy lady

“Are other days better?”  The gentleman probed.

“No they are pretty much all the same.”  The frumpy lady replied, walking off with a thoughtful expression on her face.

If no day is better than another would you say that the lady was living a good life?  It would definitely seem that she wasn’t living a Masterpiece life, making each day her masterpiece.  It wouldn’t be far fetched to say she didn’t probably have plans for her days to accomplish either.

What quantifies a good plan though.  If you have a plan to do nothing and you execute it flawlessly would that constitute an excellent life?

The score at the end of the week of nothing accomplished days might look really good.  All A’s no adjustment needed right?

One of my mentors advised when looking at my scorecard that it might be necessary to apply more specific goals, today is clearly one of those moments when the plan that was put into place was not clearly defined enough.

It’s still so challenging to share stories that do not include the word “I” especially when trying to share stories of life.

Ok, so since there wasn’t a determining factor about what to post it is time to wrap this up.  The little man wants my attention and is at present hanging like a monkey on a junkie from my neck.

Check and done!

Have a great weekend, and live excellently!Image

What Struggle?

Don’t lose this moment of Inspiration!

Grab hold of it and ride it till it takes you where you want to go.  In the Beginning Vital Behaviors  Chris Brady says “don’t lose those moments of inspiration”  As a best selling author it is probably and highly so, that he does that when writing.  Though not having read his Italy book you might not be able to piece out his writing vs Orrins’, in say for example Launching a Leadership Revolution.

Sittin here working on a puzzle program you can download onto your Mac through the app store.  It’s fun, and some of the puzzles are pretty challenging.  Meloncholy people would love it, thinking some old thinks.  Need to research about Dr. Seuss and his biography.  Thinking about how to start going go-getter.  What life will be like when being mentored by the #6 Leadership Guru in the world.  Questioning whether doing puzzles was a good use of my time.  There hasn’t been enough work to need any restoration.  Beat all the levels in some silly RC car game I downloaded for little man.  Beat all the physics levels in Stripes, another app I downloaded.  So why aren’t I working harder?  Usually if I get into something I just do it till I win and then move on to something else?  Beating video games in a day, reading books in a day now, always moving on to something else.  So I need to do that with the business.

What are the three levels of motivation?  What is yours”  Chris asks us in vital behaviors.

Why am I looking for recognition?  Conrad wonders  According to the Five Love Languages it is because words of affirmation is my primary love language.  In a performance industry though, the only way to get rewarded and recognition is results, not effort.  Though go getter gets some nice recognition.  I’ve been able to do it when I wanted to!  Done it several times, went double go getter my first month for crying out loud!  But I didn’t get any results.  Got a lot of yes’ they just changed their mind before the ink was even wet.  Why is that keeping me back now?  Elephant doesn’t think the reward was worth the effort I guess.  Keep doing go-getter, inconsistently, but anyway, I finally got to what was sparking my original motivation to write.  Why do I use my Team Talk so much?  Realized it replaced my camera in some ways.  I’m a performance artist, its’ like a stage to let my elephant run.  Camera and youtube did it before, then switched to Team Talk.  Always get some kind of recognition that way.  Feeding the ego.  All that goes through my mind now is Orrin saying “Peter Drucker says, Every leader must confront his own ego, were in a battle, battle is the easiest part, preparing for battle that’s the tough part.”  Good sign my elephant is getting reprogramed.  Movies and music don’t come to mind as much as CD‘s and book quotes!

If we replaces I in writing will it appear as though we’ve lost our minds?  (Character questioning is going to be named Chris now)

Theres a lot of great Peter Drucker quotes, but we haven’t found the one we want yet.  Feels very borglike to begin thinking in the plural sense, but it makes total sense when there are numerous of you in multiple dimensions of reality at any given moment to think in terms of the we.  We like the “if you want to predict your future create it” quote by Peter Drucker we found.  Will be adding his book to my list of good reads .  So the top 50 books.  How long would it really take to read 50 books?  Read them or study them to learn?  2 months maybe to read them once well.  Lifetime to study them.  This is a LIFE journey, you are getting paid for living the life you always wanted!  Reading books, going out and meeting new people, doing various things to keep life interesting.  How amazing!  (who gives the answers? who is this character?  Platonic socratic type conversation here, or JOB and his friends, who asks, who answers?)

Several years ago we set out on a journey, to be the first to write a success novel.  So what is this character, this Conrad Von Supertramp going to experience as a struggle?  Many mental obstacles along the way.  There is the obstacle of achieving growth fast enough to try and outpace the Devil and the numerous things destroying the world.  Things have shifted.  We’re moving in a positive direction, flowing into a better reality for our future.  Imagine the world when it is lead by those who earn the highest communities.  When the policy council acts in a capacity similar to the United Nations.  Just to get to 1 million people it is going to take 1000 PC’s, well or like 10 Orrin Woodwards’, considering he is like a 6 times PC.  Start cloning him and Chris Brady.  That’s what really is so cool is they are doing that, sorta.  Cloning through recommendations, mentoring, the TEAM system, and providing a means of killing the money thing.  Cloning people like Tim Marks, The VikingBill Lewis, Claude Hamilton, Larry VanBuskirk, Dan Hawkins, George Guzzardo and the rest of the people all the way down to my immediate upline.  Gotta mention their blogs, much more professional than mine!

“Ok struggle, there is the dream the struggle and the victory.  To where we are at this moment has been some mental struggles.  Some of which continue.  Wondering what can be done to get my motor running faster, and harder.  Life is to be enjoyed but gotta earn freedom.”  One things(

“Just because you worked hard and have heart disease, or some other physical limitation doesn’t mean you get to be lazier than healthy people.  In fact it is probably the opposite, you have to work harder!  Don’t worry that it makes healthy people feel worse about themselves when “sick” people do more than they do.  Just do it in reverence for the Lord!”  comes the reply

“It is own arrogance not own ego.   The Peter Drucker quote Orrin says in Feed the Elephant is “Every leader must confront his own arrogance.”  Sorry, was realizing how arrogant we can be sometimes when we survive, and overcome challenges.  Lord its’ hard to be humble when we are blessed in every way.  Yes we do have grand stories and struggles but SO DOES EVERYONE!  we must remember it isn’t about us, it’s about them!  The people we talk to the people we interact with.  Their story of success!  Now theres an idea.  Could write the story of success of people on the TEAM.  Instead of writing it for people who we wanted to help, we could write it for people who are a part of our uplink, or extended Team.  A gift, a use of our talents?”

That might be a great way to get into Mr Schien with Innoventor and other companies, mention we have a blog and are interviewing people to write the story of their success.  We are being followed by Claude Hamilton after all, he says in a puffed up kindof way.  Oh there’s that arrogance thing again.  Where is the line between arrogance and confidence?

https://www.facebook.com/theresa.mainkyzer/posts/4430914332472?notif_t=close_friend_activity  “How can one week go by so quickly and the other go by so slowly?”  Theresa Main-Kyzer  Conrad says, the difference between living ones passions and not.  We have evidence of that this week.  Last week was great, in the zone, doing business launches, house plans boom boom we’re driving depth, getting yes’ got follow throughs booked, next weeks looking good, then follow through cancel, no show, talk the other person who just got them in, out of the business they said yes for and signed up for and were to bring a card in, then boom nope again slip, fall crash back down the mountain.  Man, thought Orrin said at the summer major no more avalanches.  This last week felt kinda like one.  Lady is still not wanting to dance, despite Terri Brady’s advice.  Conrad Sighs heavily.

So, going forward, we are writing the story of our success, including movies, around the process of Life, the business, the everything, the LIFE.  My arrogance comes from knowing all things are possible with God.  Including humility and the ability to ask more questions of others.  Where did it go?  We had the attitude right prior to finding the Team, were doing more of the right things in some ways then?  What we were doing together was creating the very habits that are taught.  Remember we once were thinking that all any person who is successful does, and all it would take to write our own success book, would be becoming successful.  Little did we realize back then that success writer weren’t just writing books on success, they were apply ing the very techniques we applied.

The world post shift, where thoughts can and shall be shared almost instantaneously.  Guess that means, especially in light of political commentary like what Todd Akin recently said about legitimate vs illegitimate rape, that we should be extra diligent in determining why we think what we think.  Oh the thinks we can thunk with our thinkers of stuff.  Thinking of the future and all the great stuff.  Thinking of what it will take to go out, meet the right people for go getter about, then go on to power playing so then, we can shake Mr Woodwards hand, thank him for LIfe for the completion of a thought, of how could we get paid to do what we want.  To be the greatest that ever we could be, to be a big can in the free University.  Getting paid for just living, a great place to be.  Right now our living is costing more than we earn, our community hasn’t yet joined,.  Though friends we do have and shared our opportunity, 120 folks over the past year you see.  360 or so gets us free, so only 240 more for we.  Love to share this great plan and then should be free.  120 and only grown 3?  sad yes it is sad to see, but our story of struggle will be worth it you’ll see.  Later in this book of our LIfe, we’ll see the feeling joy and not strife.  For in the end in heaven we go, if we can keep our faith strong and so, forward each day we will march toward a dream.  Land, and the pizza, and geodesic everything.  Infiinite triangles oh the memories.  Wish you could see all the things that we see.  memories of Arkansas we’re losing our mind!  Crazy big thinks hap pe ning all the time.  Little man just born, oh it’s been such a short time.  Just three and one half years of yesterday time.  Tomorrows oh the tomorrows lets pray we have lots.  For dreams are a plenty and all of those wants.  Like cruises and dirt bikes, and traveling a lots.  Sorry, got to quit reading so much Dr. Seuss.  Wondering if that fits into the Thomas Jefferson Education or not?

Struggle?  Never really is that hard in the end.  All the surgeries, all the heart pain, all the nights praying for death, God truly has healed me and answered my prayers.  Not the ones for death, the ones for life, and being healthy.  Looking backward there were plenty of times that praying for life, and to survive, and to be healthy.  We’re probably about as healthy and have as much to look forward to as any other human being on this planet.  Look at obesity, diabetes, cancer, everything else and we born with childhood disease somehow thinking we are special.  341/3 years after we were told that we wouldn’t live to see 14 my family left not knowing what to do.  We brought a child into the world 30 years 11months and 6 days later.  Sorry kid with cancer, sorry kid with cystic fybrosis, sorry kid with ADHD, sorry but your not that special.  Kids that aren’t born with some kind of illness are pretty likely to be obese and unfit for physical competition with those born with no legs, or born with autism.  Where do we compete?  Quality of life vs quantity of life.  Imagination and creativity of the mind, rather than the body.  We don’t need more athletes, we need great thinkers of think.  What struggle?  What struggle is there in life other than the ones we create in our minds?  Has there been physical discomfort a time or two in our lives?  Sure, needles, knives, pokes and prods, and scared moments that’s not what gets remembered.  It isn’t that much worse than the physical discomforts many experience even the healthy,  especially if you’ve ever been outside for any amount of time.  Sunburns have hurt worse, and lasted longer than it has taken to heal up from invasive medical procedures.  We livers of life have  ridden in the rain, we’ve ridden in the cold, we’ve ridden in hail, and when the wind has blown.  We’re bikers we’re tough, and we’ll ride through it all.  Overcome all the elements of this world just for yawl  Poetry baby.  How to put my pieces together?  Puzzles right now make me think of the opening to our Mental Fitness Challenge, how it helps put the pieces together.  Our scoreboard has to have quality measured somehow.  One can’t read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance and not consider quality.  One can’t set out on their own version of a phadreatic journey.  HOLY COW WHAT IF ALL THIS IS JUST A HALUCINATION AND I”M REALLY IN A PHSYCE WARD RIGHT NOW?  Like that lady in How to Win Friends and Influence People, how people will literally drive themselves insane to get appreciation and recognition in life, the lady had not achieved the success she really wanted in marriage and with having kids, so in the psyche ward every night she has another baby, and is married to some Duke or something.  What if really I’m just traveling through time in my brain as I type, piecing the clues together as to my reality?  Stephen King just gives us so much potential as authors and creators after writing himself into The Dark Tower series.  Brilliance.  Now to just become as good of an author as him and creating characters you love?  is that the struggle?  You want to be an author and the struggle is, you need to type something every day.  Boo hoo hoo I don’t have any hands.  They have recording devices, tell the story that way.  You want to own a super nice car?  Go earn the moony and pay cash for it, but decide where the car ranks in importance to your house etc.  We’ve all seen houses that cost less than the cars in the driveways, problem is most of those were bought on credit.  It’s fine to purchase on credit, just intend to pay.  Are we hypocrites if we say that and were able to use our poor physical health to get money from those with poor mental health?  Oops was that offensive?  Sorry, is it arrogant to feel good that the leaders of this business are doing the things we worked on prior to 11/11/11?  Oh yeah!  Someday the results will be worth it?  Already are.  My little man, leading a group of 10 year olds in battle at 2 years old!  WORTH IT!  Quality of life.

Being able to use an unfair advantage of physical or genetic anomaly, to get healthy people to work for tax dollars to pay off some of those debts.  Not worth it.  We play the hands we were dealt.  It’s funny because “we look so healthy.”  What’s funny is how unhealthy so many healthy people look.  Guess maybe those born with genetic anomalies shouldn’t appear normal, we should all have to be  sickly and green around the gills, walking around like we have the flu every day or something.  How’s that for offensive?  You look healthy, YOU LOOK FAT!  Now we almost all have a special interest group working on our behalves in washington, working on helping us get our special deals.  Disabled, what a joke, the standards are all messed up.  Lose use of limbs or even lose a limb and suddenly your disabled?  Nope sorry should be no such designation.  How do we allow for maximum potential out of people who truly have physical discomforts working and fitting their life into the square boring pegs of todays working society, especially those in the E quadrant and S quadrant, according to Mr Kiosaki.  His unfair advantage is financial wisdom.  Mine is a physical defect?

Defect, there was only ONE perfect man and we crucified him, so why would we EVER want to come here perfect.  God knew the hair on every persons head before they came, so who would ever choose that path for life again?  That’d be funny, Jesus comes back for the 2nd coming as a person we all see as imperfect.  Maybe has cerebral palsy or autism, or ADHD.  Maybe he’ll have restless leg syndrome too.  If Darwin is who we are taught to believe then we’re all mutants, every one of us, and there is no difference between a defective heart and a defective thyroid gland.  It is just a genetic anomaly.

Not all of us are born with the ability to compete in athletic endeavors or work labor jobs. (Who is this voice?)

We’ve not seen many examples of multi sport champions.  We couldn’t all compete in the special olympics either is that unfair to those who can’t?  Where would a cardiac patent go to achieve physical competition?  Doesn’t mean it isn’ possible, just not aware of any national media attention getting activities for cystic fibrosis triathlons, or athletes with club foot, though we have athletes in wheelchairs, and athletes with prosthetics competing.  There are those who’ve had heart attacks, but were born with a congenitally superior heart, or a statistically average heart.  So what your gay, so what you have a genetic anomaly, if it is something we are born with, then really there is no average, or basis for a “healthy normal human.”  So why is everyone whining so much and struggling so hard?  Life is easy!  We ain’t got not blues around here, life is easy, let me take some time to make it clear.  If your breathing then your living, and living ain’t so bad.  Only thing that makes it so, is the thinking that we ha ave.  You could be starving or be bleeding, or have just stubbed your toe, but if your alive your just in pain, it doesn’t really even mean it’s so.  That condition that your liven, well it is just a reflection.  Of your mental condition, nothing else is reflection.  Life is easy, even if it is hot outside, life is easy, what you have are fear, worry and doubt.  In the time of 2012, there is abundant wealth and opportunity.  People around the world, are in need of something, people around the world, are capable of giving it to them.  Life is easy to say, let someone else do that.   Life is easy to say thats tragic buy not my concern.  I’ll go work over here just to pay for a place to stay, then worry about how much I can give away.  Life is easy it can even be a musical.  What your reading we’re singing, you don’t know the tune, life is easy, can you sing me your life tune?

Did you know that aboriginal tribes in australia create stories of their life in song, and those songs tell them important places, events, geography etc.  Think I saw it in a movie once, maybe read it too.  My song of life would be jacked up.  Intersecting country, rap, blues, rock, pop, be bop and a doo wop.  What’d yours sound like?  Would you only sing about the bad days?  The cloudy rainy days?  All my motorcycle riding brothers and sisters would you only remember the rides where the weather wasn’t perfect?  Quality vs quantity and how to score it in the game of life?  Struggle, put the pieces of life together to understand the why.  You can ask why me, or why not?  LIfe is truly pretty easy.  Perhaps a frontal lobotomy?  Still think it’d be a blast to hang out in a nut farm for a while, like One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest.  Living Intentionally for Excellence, we have to ask what defines quality of finances, the amount of it collected or the usage of the amount spent?  What you did with as little as possible, or what you did for others with the most possible?  Faith how much or the quality?  Family? Frinds? Fitness? Fun? Freedom?  If you were only truly free for 1 day, just 1 day what would that day be like compared to a lifetime of assumed freedoms?

 Safely back i…

Safely back in LR from DFW and watching a commercial. First political TV add I’ve seen in a LONG time. I don’t miss my TV. I’m watching our two political parties, set the stage for a class war. One side picks a campaign hotbutton. The 1%, the greedy evil rich white guy against the 99%. Prior to the commercial I saw the tail end of Devils Advocate, where Al Pacino “sets the stage for whats co…min” He paints a tail, pre-milinium that he’s getting ready for the big fight. “Has more lawyers in law school than were walking the street at the time.” “Going to have aquital after aquital after aquital until it stinks to high heaven” Right now freedom, GA 5:01 “Freedom is what you have Christ has set you free” is under attack. Our very health is now being taxed. Communism vs capatalism, occupy vs tea party Ron Paul supporters thrown asunder. WE THE PEOPLE Going Under! Where are the Thomas Jeffersons, the Ben Franklins, the Johnathan Edwards, the GEORGE STINKIN WASHINGTONS? Sitting on couches watching TV. Or sitting here on facebook typing opinions and thoughts like me. Rather than studying law, science, freedom, liberty, the classics that taught our founders. We all to often sit on our buts & ors’ while our country flounders.

I know what I’m going to do, I’m going to help everyone access real truth, get to the heart of the matter, and give this country a re-birth.  See it’s WE THE PEOPLE NOT Those Politicians, who control things here, and that is all that matters.

We can train ourselves up, start any solution, take the burdens back, theres your economic solution.  If we all have our own business, and we can all read, lets start us a tribe, are you ready to lead?
If you own your own business, then you are completely free, to go out and earn unlimited money.  Read Freedom Shift, if you think I’m just being funny.

Though the money we use, is as fake and a phony, come listen let Larry Vanbuskirk teach you about money.  My intention is not, to say I’m some kind of saint, a hard working earner I haven’t been man.  I’m a once in a while go getter, living off of the state, in a place called disability, and brother I hate, to be such a hypocrite and fake, but if the systems not for me then how could it be for you?  When I go out and earn my way off of it life will be so great, I can look you in the eye and ask I did it why wait?  Come join me lets depart this broken down state, who buys us with tax dollars they demand and just take.

Though in the legal documents, that founded the tax code, in the beginnning is a message, its voluntary, that’s what we were sold.  Then slowly over time, they just kinda left that out, prosecuted Al Capone, and a whole bunch of others.

Our Founders threw up in their mouths a little bit, Lincoln still sits there pondering it. How did we lose it, oh where does it go, if no one will read law books like I did so long ago.  They were mostly poor kids, reading by candle light.  Giving up meals and much else, to read late into the night.  TO study themselves, their essence to capture.  That’s what facebook will become, it’s what I’m after.  To live as the men who made this country great, so when I die I can be sure of my fate, when I meet my Savior I’ll bow before him, he’ll tell me well done as he lifts up my chin.

I’ll take up my armor and battle stations will form, and we’ll come back down here in a spiritual form, and me and my Army, my Army of Light, will bring it to those who don’t just dream at night.

Before I go, there’s some things I’ll complete, like giving my all till my all is complete.  To use all these tools of the information age, to secure my legacy for the coming age.

Once I had a vision, a tale I wanted to tell.  Of Lady Buttercat 13 generations from now, to paint an eloquent picture of how things could look then.  A positive alternative to my next of kin.

I don’t believe in class warfare, or hating others for success, or when those with money act scandolous.  Good people with money they choose to do good.  Don’t judge the money that will do you no good.  In fact do not even, judge the other man, just whether or not he promotes our freedom.  Your only duty as judgers of others, is to first look at yourself, no not even your mothers.

Look into your heart, and judge yourself best, or get out of the boat with the rest.  Our Land was founded so long ago, doing the very best things the people of those times did know.  They got in a boat, and they left for far lands, didn’t sit around waiting to be saved by aliens.  They packed up what they could and set sail into space, across a vast ocean to an unknown new place.

There was plenty for all, a land of abundance, and those that grew wealthy did a lot of the work for us.  There were many types of struggles, and many types of wins, that is what led us to these times that we’re in.

The history we look at, only so we don’t repeat.  Let us continue evolving ourselves into a concious loving elite.  Train ourselves up so we can become man, what’s the matter I though you were an A Mer I CAN.  If you said this word like a Jeff Foxworthy joke, it might be repronounced I’m there I can, when you grow up in the HEART Land, you can see all the sides, and you can pump out what’s great.  Why wait for California, New York or Washington DC to determine our  fate?  If your reading this and thinking I’m right there with you man, then you better just remember, you are an AMERICAN!  We can and we will, if we stop blaming our fate, on whether or not our Uncle Sam, should be from whome sustennance we take.  Should a King or a Queen, be able to make, you pay a fart tax for the beef and milk that you make, or pay for your health with a mandated tax, or make you borrow from him for the educations you lack?

When is the time, whose responsibility will you make it?  Is it somebody elses or will you come take it?

The Tribes are now forming, through the business of LIFE, a community endeavor to secure freedom forever.  If you would like to learn more please visit this sight, and make up your mind if you’ll join in our fight.  Be a customer, or member, and join up with me, as we build space choppers, and start the Galactic Federacy.  That is my dream for a better tomorrow, where people endeavor to fly like Apollo.  Go to the moon, or visit faraway places.  Create a cruise ship in space, raise up free people, one race.  No black skin or white skin, or fat or thin, because after all that is nothing but skin.  No he’s rich and I’m not, I do not like him.  Remember judgment of others is always a sin.
Go to www.the-team.biz/39922974 and start LETS BEGIN!  To take back our country and show we are AMERICAN.
